Application Process
We’re committed to making the rental application process as simple and straightforward as possible. Below is an overview of what to expect when applying for one of our available apartments.
Step 1: Select a Listing
Browse our available rentals and select Apply on the listing that best fits your needs to begin the application process.
Step 2: Complete the Online Application
Please fill out the online application in full and submit all requested information for review. Incomplete applications may delay processing.
Step 3: Meet Our Qualification Requirements
To be considered for one of our apartments, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Verifiable income of at least 3 times the monthly rent
- Credit score of 650 or higher
- Prior rental references, which we will contact as part of the screening process
Step 4: Individual Applications for All Adults
Each person age 18 or older who will be living in the residence must submit a separate application using a unique email address.
Step 5: Application Review and Showing Scheduling
Once we have reviewed your application and determined that you meet our qualification criteria, we will typically move forward with scheduling a showing.
Step 6: Move Forward with the Apartment
After your showing, if you decide you would like to proceed, the next step will be to submit your move-in costs and deposit.
Step 7: Sign Your Lease Electronically
Once move-in funds have been received, we will send your lease electronically for review and signature.
